As a Production Manager with extensive experience in running his own business, Michael brings a high level of professionalism, integrity and knowledge to our front line.
He was the general manager of his family business for 30 years, where he led nearly 20 people. He ran the day-to-day operations of employee relations, budgeting, building and machine repair. He has been thoroughly trained in plumbing, welding, hazmat, and drafting.
Each day, Micahael oversees our crews. He ensures the teams arrive on time to their jobs properly equipped with what they need for the day. He also manages our product inventory and assists with troubleshooting our customer’s questions and concerns.

In this photo, you will notice that water is leaking from the walls, damaging them and causing puddling on the CleanSpace below.
In the second photo you will see newly installed SilverGlo wall panels. They are two inches thick and provide water-resistance. They also act as insulation due to being infused with graphite powder to reflect heat.
We were on our annual service checkup for this customer in Shrewsbury, MA when our Service Specialist Mike found a large amount of iron ochre in the sump pump basin. This is a bacteria in the water that will grow on the pump, in the discharge line, in the WaterGuard and all that needs to be done is a hot water flushing and cleaning.
You will see water damage on the floor and wall from years of leaking in the Before. In the After, you will see the wet concrete where a full perimeter system has been installed to drain the water from the home.
In the before picture you will notice the water staining and damage to the walls, evidence of years of leaks.

The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation, nor from shifting in the crack itself.
