Our Service Specialist went to this customer's home for an annual maintenance visit where he found that the SaniDry XP was frozen! Apparently this happened a couple of times before, and this time our Service Specialist used his heat gun to defrost the unit and he found that the cold coil sensor was not on correctly. He installed a new sensor and now it is working great!
We were on our annual service checkup for this customer in Shrewsbury, MA when our Service Specialist Mike found a large amount of Iron Ochre in sump pump basin. This is a bacteria in the water that will grow on the pump, in the discharge line, in the WaterGuard and all that can be done is a hot water flushing and cleaning.
We used our three-part system we call FlexiSpan to repair this wall crack in a Lancaster, MA basement. The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation or shifting in the crack itself. This three part system completely seals the crack for a permanent solution.
