In the before photo, you will notice damage from water pouring in from the stairs.
In the after photo you, will notice concrete drying from where a TripleSafe sump pump, TrenchDrain and WaterGuard sub-floor drainage have been installed.
This New Braintree homeowner has a cinder block wall basement that was always damp or wet, and wanted to have a drainage system installed to solve the problem. We resolved their issue by installing our Triple Safe WaterGuard system, which eliminates any future water damage in their basement.
Here, if you look at where the rocks are, you will see that we achieved a four inch lift on this foundation in Newport, MA.
Pictured above are before and after photos of a crack in Greenville, RI. This homeowner first contacted us due to cracks appearing around a window in the basement and within the living room ceiling of the home. Soon after, the homeowner removed the interior side of the wall from the basement and discovered a crack big enough to fit his fist through! Our inspector went out to visit the home to take a look. It was determined the front right side of the home was sinking. The home needed 7 push piers to try and lift the home. After the home was successfully lifted 4 inches, the crack in the window was almost unrecognizable!
Here are before and after photos of a newly poured concrete floor which needed to be completed prior to stabilizing a home in Worcester, MA.
Our customer in Worcester contacted us with water coming in the basement near a pipe. Unfortunately the house had issues with water in the basement ever since it was built. The basement also had issues with humidity. We installed the TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard, LawnScape and an Everlast Access Well.
Here you can see the basement before and after the sump was been installed.
This customer in Holden, MA grew tired of his damp and wet basement. We came in to transform this space into a dry, energy-efficient and healthy home. Any allergy/asthma sufferers will thank us when they begin feeling better from use of these these products. Our Dehumidifier prevents mold growth and raises indoor air quality. Our CleanSpace Wall System serves as a moisture and vapor barrier. Our WaterGuard Sub-Floor drainage collects water and directs it to the SuperSump. THe sump pump then pumps water out of the home and away from the foundation.
This customer called complaining of a basement that leaks whenever it rains or the snows. He had our crew intall WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement to drain the water into the TripleSafe sump pump, expelling it from the home and away from the foundation.

This customer needed some stabilization for a newly constructed farmer's porch in Little Compton, RI. Our team came to take a look, and recommended PolyLevel Injection Foam Insulation to stabilize the foundation. Typically, our PolyLevel is used to lift and level the floor. In this case we used the PolyLevel to only stabilize and not to lift because it was already level.
In the first photo, notice the efflorescence of the wall from water coming into the basement. There is also water damage to the floors.
The second photo is a shot of our UltraSump and SuperSump Plus. The UltraSump is the black box in the photo. It is a battery backup, making the pump work even during power outages. The drying concrete around the perimeter of the room is where WaterGuard sub-floor drainage was installed to guide water to the pump.
