In this episode of Ask the Expert, Craig helps a Worcester, MA customer understand the main concerns... Watch Video »
This New Braintree homeowner has a cinder block wall basement that was always damp or wet, and wanted to have a drainage system installed to solve the problem. We resolved their issue by installing our Triple Safe WaterGuard system, which eliminates any future water damage in their basement.
Our customer here in Worcester contacted us with water coming in the basement near a pipe. Unfortunately the house has had issues with water in the basement ever since it was build. The basement also has issues with humidity. We came in and installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, LawnScape and an Everlast Access Well.
Here you can see the basement before and after the sump has been installed.
This customer in Holden, MA grew tired of his damp and wet basement and we came in to transform this space into a dry, energy-efficient and healthy space. Any allergy/asthma sufferers will thank us when they begin feeling better from these products. Our Dehumidifier prevents mold growth and the indoor air quality, while our CleanSpace Wall System serves as a moisture and vapor barrier. Our WaterGuard Sub-Floor drainage collects water and directs it to the SuperSump, of course, removes the unwanted water from the basement as well. Overall, our customer here will enjoy a much drier and healthier space in no time!
This customer needed some stabilization for a newly constructed farmer's porch in Little Compton, RI. Our team came to take a look, and recommended PolyLevel Injection Foam Insulation to stabilize the foundation. Typically, our PolyLevel is used to lift and level the floor. In this case we used the PolyLevel to only stabilize and not to lift because it was already level.
This particular job was for a home under construction that needed the foundation stabilized- not lifted! Our team injected PolyLevel 2-part foam beneath the surface to stabilize it permanently. Our PolyLevel is a quick curing, affordable, and non-toxic option for stability. It is also less invasive and doesn't cause as much of a mess/cleanup - especially when compared to mudjacking.
