This photo shows a pretty typical looking basement with some water rings on the floor and a water meter in the corner. This doesn't have to be the typical basement though- the more that homeowners understand how the basement affects the upstairs the more likely they will fix their basement and this won't be acceptable anymore.
This homeowner needed to do something to try to manage the water so he used a portable sump pump. Now he has one of the industry's finest sump pumps our TripleSafe Sump Pump.
We neatly seal ontop of the sub-floor drainage we install called WaterGuard. This Longmeadow, MA basement is now properly equipped to withstand a rainstorm.
Here we show the after shot of the first picture in this album- the one that shows the water meter. We have our WaterGuard installed beneath the flooring and covered with some cement.
One of our Longmeadow, MA customers realized it was time to repair a bit of a water seepage issue in his basement that had been around since about 2015 but wasn't causing much of an issue until last month when his basement had 2" of water! We checked out the space as well as the small cracks he also noticed and deduced that his basement was the perfect candidate for our waterproofing products. The cracks were not of any concern from a foundation repair perspective so we were able to get right to waterproofing.
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump that has a battery backup- perfect for working through the storms that cut out the electricity. We also installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage, IceGuard, and our LawnScape.
