The unevenness of this patio is quite evident in this photo. Those little white circles you see are the areas we inject our Polylevel foam into to lift and level the floor. Later you will see the final product!
We create 5/8" holes in the surface to then apply and port and our injection foam to even out floors. Our foam is non-toxic and causes much less of a disruption in comparison to the other leveling option (mudjacking) most companies use.
We guarantee that our PolyLevel injection foam is able to lift a sunken floor and that is just what we have done!
Here you see the same area, just a different angle, and there is no longer a large gap/trip hazard! Now our homeowners can once again enjoy their patio without having to warn guests to watch their step!
Now this patio is even and ready to be used again without concerns about guests tripping!
If you have ever had work done at your home, you know how important it is to not only have an issue repaired but also not to gain some eye sore as evidence of the work that was done. After the foam is injected, we cover the holes with cement.
Our team arrived at this home looking to lift and level this homeowner's patio floor that has been visibly out of alignment for some time now. After our initial visit, we knew we could help! Our PolyLevel injection foam is the best way to lift and level any foundation floor and that is just what we did! Check out our photos to see the progression from an uneven patio slab to a completely level floor.
