When this couple from North Adams called, they reported leaking water in the basement. It was seeping in through the walls and up through the floor. Our Call Center Representative set them up for a free inspection and written estimate with our System Design Specialist.
When our crew went out, they installed CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls to prevent water from seeping through into the basement. It also looked beter than the damaged walls that had been visible before. They put WaterGuard sub-floor drainage into the basement to collect any water coming in, which was then directed to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe pumped water to the discharge line, which expelled water away from the home va the LawnScape Outlet. An IceGuard was added to prevent freezing and blockage to the line in the winter months.

This customer reached out to us due to having several cracks beneath their windows. One crack was leaking water while the other three were hairline cracks.
We installed 3 FlexiSpan wall crack repair systems. This is a topical repair we use for cracks that are not structural in nature. It is made of a polyurethane sealant that covers the entire length of the crack, followed with a foam that is flexible, porous and covered by an impermeable membrane that connects directly to the surface. This system is permanent and works with a perimeter drain.

We set an appointment for a System Design Specialist to go to her home and provide a free inspection and written estimate.
We ended up installing 750 feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier to the floor and walls, as well as 450 feet of drainage matting underneath on the floor. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was brought in to reduce mold, humidity and odors. A SmartDrain was also also installed to collect any water that accumulated under the CleanSpace.

Our crew injected 8 lbs of foam under the driveway to lift a small area. They also pumped 20 lbs. below four sinking pool patio slabs.
