Our crew installed WaterGuard sub-floor drainage around the perimeter of the basement to collect water and direct it to the SuperSump pump. The crew went out to Sturbridge, MA to waterproof a basement. As you can see in the first picture, there was a large amount of flooding on the floor. This was because there was no crushed stone beneath the foundation, which is crucial when building a foundation. The crew installed WaterGuard sub-floor drainage, a SuperSump pump and a TrenchDrain by the bulkhead. They also installed a SaniDry XP dehumidifier which cuts humidity to below 55%, making it impossible for mold to grow!
The house that the crew went out to in Worcester, MA, already had a drainage system installed by another company. Unfortunately, the system was not fixing the problem, so we came in to get the job done. The crew had to remove the other system first. She reported that water was coming up through the floor and that there seemed to be a leak, but nobody could find where the leak was coming from. Our Call Center Representative set up an appointment with a System Design Specialist.

We were contacted by a customer in Winchendon, MA who had been struggling with a consistent water issue in the basement of their home. The water had done damage to their chimney, ruined a lot of their belongings and had begun to cause problems on the first floor of the home. The homeowner had an existing sump pump but the discharge line went outside through a broken window. This caused the pipes to freeze so the system was no longer running.
Leader Foundation Solutions installed WaterGuard sub-floor draininage, a TripleSafe sump pump, an underground discharge line with an IceGuard to prevent freezing in the winter months and an access port so that the system could be flushed annually.
Our team was called by a homeowner in Dudley, MA who was looking to fix a crack in the wall of their basement. A System Design Specialist went out to inspect the problem and decided that using Flexispan would be the best solution for this home.
Our crew cut the finished walls as necessary to install the Flexispan crack repair system.
Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy epoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor.

Water in any basement is of great concern and when the basement is finished it includes a whole other element- all of that money, time, and memories within that finished living space may be gone.
As with any customer we need to act fast with standing water- and so we did. Owner, Craig Leader went to the home and evaluated the space. Craig recommended our patented WaterGuard® basement drainage system as well as a SuperSump. If that isn't a winning pair I don't know what is!
This customer has been a valued customer of ours for many years. It all started when he needed help with some dampness in his basement that we were able to solve using our SaniDry™ XP Basement Air System. We are always happy to see him during our proactive service calls to ensure our system is working as smoothly as it should.
Curious how a SaniDry compares to other dehumidifiers? We are always "to the moon" when we have the opportunity to help one of our local homeowners improve the health and longevity of their home, and it is our honor to continue serving those with our systems so that we hold true to our commitment to quality products and support.
This local homeowner was in need of some crawl space repairs before selling her home. We were pleased to meet with her and explain our products and systems and how they best solve the current concerns within her crawl space.
As any homeowner knows, the air beneath the home in either a crawl space or basement effects the quality of the air being breathed in regularly in the main floor level. It was wonderful this homeowner wanted to clean up the lower conditions for the next owner, but we would love all homeowners to enjoy clean indoor air! Iif you haven't had your homes basement or crawl space looked at recently, please give us a call so we can ensure the air in your home is healthy as possible.
In this homeowner's case, we needed to remove all of the current insulation that was damaged due to water and debris. We installed our CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System including the liner, drainage matting, and a SaniDry CX.

One of our customers in Sutton, MA needed some help keeping his basement dry when it rained.
We install products and systems that make a basement space more usable, healthy and dry. Our system is installed on the interior or the inside of the foundation so that it never gets clogged or damaged by anything like tree roots, silt, etc. Our interior system strategically collects any water seeping in through the ground or walls BEFORE it gets to the center of the basement floor. We surround the foundation with a drainage system and then connect it to a sump pump to direct the water out and away from your home. We utilize dehumidifiers and waterproofing wall materials to take care of humidity, musty odors and mold. One added bonus to making these changes to your basement is the influence it will have on the air quality within your home. The basement air heavily effects the air being breathed on the first floor of the home, so ensuring it is clean of mold spores, odors, and water issues definitely positively influences your home's overall environment.
This particular customer received a customized system including our WaterGuard® basement drainage system, the TripleSafe™ system that has three pumps in one and a battery backup for when the power goes out, IceGuard® system that allows for water to discharge from the sump line even when it's freezing outside, LawnScape™ Discharge Line Outlet, and the CleanSpace Wall System. We installed 120 units of our WaterGuard® and CleanSpace®.
Needless to say, our customer now enjoys a dry and healthy basement as well as a yard that doesn't get inundated with the water from the sump. We think of every aspect to make your system suit your home, yard, and budget.

This customer, when calling the appointment center, explained that her basement walls had water seeping through them with the spring thaw. She also stated that it smelled moldy.
A Systems Design Specialist went out to her home and found that it was getting humid and moldy from the water seepage. Due to having a concrete foundation, we were easily able to perfect a plan to solve her issues.

When this customer called our appointment center, her basement was flooded. Even before the flooding occurred, she'd had issues with humidity she'd been ignoring. She was fed up,and decided once and for all she was going to call someone to handle the issue.
When our crew arrived, there were two large cracks in the walls that had been spreading. They used Flexispan to seal the cracks and stop the spreading. They added TranchDrain to where the water had been accumulating along with a SuperSump and a discharge line, where all of the water would be sent away from the home. When she saw how much water was coming out, she was very glad it was no longer collecting on her basement floor! Finally, to deal with the pre-existing humidity issues, the crew plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
When this customer called, she was very concerned that she had let her flooding crawlspace go for far too long without help. Our Appointment Center Representative assured her that we could send a Systems Design Specialist out to find the perfect solution to fit her needs.

They regraded the drainage to direct water flow to the sump pump and removed the debris from the space. TerraBlock flexible insulation was added to the floor and SilverGlo wall insulation to the exterior walls where needed. They then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to the space by using threaded rod mounts to hang it from the floor joists to keep the humidity low.
This customer was very thankful to have had a solution worked out specifically for her space!

He did a full review of the problem areas and sat down with the customer and his wife to discuss what their options for repair were. When our crew came out to perform the work, the family was impressed. They were polite, in uniform, knowledgeable and worked effectively as a team. Their home is now stabilized with a warranty, and when the workers left they felt very satisfied with the results.

Our call center representative told them this was something we could absolutely help with and sent out a Systems Design Specialist to review the property. The design specialist found that there was indeed a substantial amount of damage from the water. He assured the customer that he had a solution specific to his situation. He sat down with them and reviewed the proposed work to be done, including giving an estimate for the job. When our work crew arrived, they installed a full perimeter subfloor drainage system called WaterGuard as well as a SuperSump pump to push the water through the discharge line and away from the home.
While the installation did not correct damage from the neglect, it assured that flooding would no longer be wreaking havoc on this customers home, thereby preventing further damage to the space. Due to having a full perimeter system installed, this customer's installation came with a lifetime warranty of a dry basement.

When this customer from Sterling, MA called, they had been considering selling their home. They had cracks in the basement walls and floor. They explained that there were two cracks horizontally and vertically on the floor and two big, wide cracks going down the walls. Our Customer Service Representative set an appointment with a System Design Specialist to visit the home for a free inspection and written estimate.
Afterwards, the crew went out to seal all the cracks. They used FlexiSpan to seal the wall cracks.
The FlexiSpan System is a permanent solution for keeping wall cracks dry. The crack is first sealed with flexible sealant that slows or stops water. Then, a strip of beveled, open-celled foam called FlexiSpan is applied over the sealant to create a sealed patch. Then a coat of special sealant is applied to the FlexiSpan from top to bottom. In another section of the basement, they had Basement To Beautiful wall panels installed. They take ugly, damp cold walls and turn them into warm, dry walls with studs and electrical wire chases. The graphite inside these panels drives the insulation value of the foam up by 24% over conventional foam by lowering its thermal conductivity. Due to being completely inorganic, they can never rot or mold.
