He wanted to find out why, and solve the problem. He called the right place, AGAIN! We installed a Triplesafe sump pump system for him, and no more water has entered since!

The crew went out to Sturbridge, MA to waterproof a basement. As you can see in the first picture, there was a large amount of flooding on the floor. This was because there was no crushed stone beneath the foundation, which is crucial when building a foundation. The crew installed a sump pump, WaterGuard around the perimeter, and a french drain at the base of the bulkhead.
The house that the crew went out to in Worcester, MA, already had a drainage system installed by another company. Unfortunately, the system was not fixing the problem, so we came in to get the job done. The crew had to remove the other system first. Then they installed a Super sump, lined the perimeter with WaterGuard, and set up a SaniDry (which is a top-of-the-line dehumidifier).
The crew installed charcoal ThermalDry flooring at this home in Worcester, MA. Our ThermalDry system is a modular basement flooring system that looks fantastic and is completely inorganic and waterproof.
Our crew was able to work locally in the town of Clinton, MA, sealing cracks and redirecting water flows in the basement.
The crew went out to Athol, MA to waterproof the basement and the basement walls. Water was seeping in through the tiny cracks in the cinderblock wall and at the base of the wall. To solve this problem permanently, we installed WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump, a CleanSpace wall system, and a SaniDry, which is a top-of-the-line dehumidifier.
The crew went out to Charlton, MA to waterproof a basement. They installed an UltraSump, WaterGuard, and IceGuard to prevent moisture from coming in through the walls and leaking onto the floor.
The crew went out to Spencer, MA to waterproof a basement. They ended up installing a TrenchDrain, a SuperSump, WaterGuard, and IceGuard to solve the problem!
The crew went out to Spencer, MA to install a TrenchDrain and a SuperSump in the basement of a house having water issues.
We received a call from a customer in Shrewsbury regarding her mother's home. The house was being sold, and they were aware of previous water problems. The customer wanted to fix the problem at the earliest time, in order to ensure it was taken care of.
The homeowner decided to have a SuperSump pump installed, and they installed a Lawnscape Well at the end of the discharge line.
We were contacted by a customer in Winchendon, MA who had been struggling with a consistent water problem in the basement of their home. The water had done damage to their chimney, ruined a lot of their belongings, and began causing problems into the first floor of the home, as well.
The homeowner was aware of drainage issues, as well as the home not being completely thought through during the designing and building process. The homeowner also had a current sump pump system, but in order to run it, it was having to be run through a broken window, and the pipes froze causing it to no longer run. The basement floor is uneven, and water was running through the floors and the walls.
They would like to focus on having a dry basement in order to complete other home improvement projects, without the worry of the moisture damaging any projects they are completing.
Our team was called by a homeowner in Dudley, MA who was looking to fix a crack in the wall of their basement. An inspector went out to inspect the problem and decided using Flexispan would be the best solution for this home. Our crew cut the finished walls as necessary to install the Flexispan crack repair system, which was installed from the top to bottom of the crack. Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor.
Leader basement systems was contacted by a homeowner in Worcester, MA who was concerned about the walls of their basement being wet. They had tried some products themselves but the problems persisted. The homeowners daughter then had the great idea of recommending Leader basement systems! A crew went out and decided Waterguard would be the best solutionfor this homeowner. Basement Systems' patented WaterGuard® drainage system circles the interior perimeter of a basement along the floor to capture any water seeping in. A powerful and reliable sump pump system, such as the TripleSafe sump pump, pumps water out of the house leaving the homeowner with a dry basement.

A homeowner in Bolton, MA called Leader Basement Systems with an urgent concern regarding water seeping into his finished basement. Water in any basement is of great concern and when the basement is finished it includes a whole other element- all of that money, time, and memories within that finished living space may be gone.
As with any customer we need to act fast with standing water- and so we did. Owner, Craig Leader went to the home and evaluated the space. Craig recommended our patented WaterGuard® basement drainage system as well as a SuperSump. Our WaterGuard® is unique in that it is installed inside the basement instead of the exterior and it efficiently drains any water coming into a basement space. It is nearly invisable and there's no possibility of corrosion or decay! Alonside the SuperSump- the water will be drained away from the home!
If that isn't a winning pair I don't know what is!
This customer has been a valued customer of ours for many years. It all started when he needed help with some dampness in his basement that we were able to solve using our SaniDry™ XP Basement Air System. We are always happy to see him during our proactive service calls to ensure our system is working as smoothly as it should.
Curious how a SaniDry compares to other dehumidifiers? Well, it can remove 10 times the water from the air compared to similar units while using the same amount of energy- so this system is more efficient and energy saving at that! It manages a 109 pint capacity, comes with a built in defroster and plugs into a standard outlet.
We are always "to the moon" when we have the opportunity to help one of our local homeowners improve the health and longevity of their home, and it is our honor to continue serving those with our systems so that we hold true to our commitment to quality products and support.
This local homeowner was in need of some crawl space repairs before selling her home. We were pleased to meet with her and explain our products and systems and how they best solve the current concerns within her crawl space.
As any homeowner knows, the air beneath the home in either a crawl space or basement effects the quality of the air being breathed in regularly in the main floor level. It's wonderful this homeowner wanted to clean up the lower conditions for the next owner, but we would love all homeowners to enjoy clean indoor air! So if you haven't had your home's basement or crawl space looked at recently, please give us a call so we can ensure the air in your home is healthy as possible- and that nothing in the basement or crawl space is hindering that from happening!
In this homeowner's case, we needed to remove all of the current insulation that was damaged to water, debris and everything else in between. We installed our CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System including the liner, drainage matting, and SaniDry CX. We also made sure to assist her with the energy saving potential in her home.
All in all, we are proud to say that she enjoyed the new and improved crawl space and indoor air quality- until, that is, she sold the home without any issues due to a concerning crawl space. We are fairly certain our work only helped encourage the next buyer!
One of our customers in Sutton, MA needed some help keeping his basement dry when it rained. A problem you're more than likely familiar with if you're visiting our site. :) So, what exactly do we do and how is it so much better than all the other basement waterproofing systems available? Well, I'm glad you asked.
We install products and systems that make a basement space more usable, healthy and dry. Our system is installed on the interior or the inside of the foundation so that it never gets clogged or damaged by anything like tree roots, silt, etc. Our interior system strategically collects any water seeping in through the ground or walls BEFORE it gets to the center of the basement floor. We surround the foundation with a drainage system and then connect it to a sump pump to direct the water out and away from your home. We utilize dehumidifiers and waterproofing wall materials to take care of humidity, musty odors and mold. One added bonus to making these changes to your basement is the influence it will have on the air quality within your home. The basement air heavily affects the air being breathed on the first floor. So ensuring it is clean of mold spores, odors, and water issues will definitely positively influence your home's overall environment.
This particular customer received a customized system including our WaterGuard® basement drainage system, the TripleSafe™ system that has three pumps in one and a battery backup for when the power goes out, IceGuard® system that allows for water to discharge from the sump line even when it's freezing outside, LawnScape™ Discharge Line Outlet, and the CleanSpace Wall System. We installed 120 units of our WaterGuard® and CleanSpace®.
Needless to say, our customer now enjoys a dry and healthy basement as well as a yard that doesn't get inundated with the water from the sump. We think of every aspect to make your system suit your home, yard, and budget.
A current customer of ours called us about some water leaking into her basement. We got right over to her home and took a look! We identified a need to extend the waterproofing into more of the space. So, we proposed connecting some new WaterGuard drainage system to the existing WaterGuard. We also will install a WaterGuard Port for easy access to the system.
Did you know that we offer a Frequent Flyer Discount to our longterm customers? Well, as a loyal customer we were proud to give a nice discount on this proposed solution.
In total we will install 20 feet of WaterGuard and one WaterGuard port.
Here we have a customer with a sinking patio who is looking to lift the flooring and have a safer and more appealing outdoor space to enjoy this summer- and throughout the year. We met with the customer to evaluate the situation. After looking it over it became clear that the patio cracks can be halted by injecting PolyLevel foam beneath the surface. This 2-part foam expands and provides a stabilization while also in most cases it also lifts and levels the flooring. Of course there are situations that prohibit the lifting and leveling that is desired, but in all cases the ground becomes stable.
We are looking forward to the opportunity to help stabilize this outdoor patio in Paxton, MA.
This customer contacted us with concerns about her basement being very humid and having water deposits of unknown origin. Our System Design Specialist met with the homeowner and was able to recommend our basement waterproofing products to protect her home from the damage that can result from water entering her basement. Many people are only aware of the damage that can be seen when looking at basement walls and floors, but the air quality on the first floor of the home is also hugely impacted by what is happening inside the basement. So, the mold environment that is being enabled in the basement is contributing to indoor air quality in the living space upstairs.
In this situation we recommend our WaterGuard Sub-Floor drainage system with access port, a TrenchDrain, TripleSafe Sump Pump with IceGuard to prevent clogging and freezing, and we topped things off with the LawnScape outlet that is at the end of the discharge line.
We look forward for the opportunity to protect this customer's home and improve the indoor air quality.
Our customer here contacted us regarding a basement with the common symptoms indicating a need for our basement waterproofing methods. We visited the home and have recommended our WaterGuard Sub-Floor Drainage to prevent any intruding water to be kept away from traveling to the middle of the floor. A basin for a sump pump already exists in the home, so the need for the sump has already been known, and we have recommended our Zoeller M-53 pump, interior discharge, IceGuard, as well as Lawnscape Outlet.
Our WaterGuard will direct the water to the pump, which then will discharge appropriately outside of the home keeping the inside of the basement dry and clean.
We are scheduled and ready to install these wonderful things within this basement in the near future!
A homeowner in West Boylston, MA contacted us reqarding some basement water seepage that had been happening for several years. He has owned the home since 2006 and more recently has been noticing water coming into the basement during heavy rain or snow. He sees the water entering through where the bulkhead and stairs meet. It is our task to recommend the best solution.
Our System Design Specialist Tim Tenney recommended 4ft of our WaterGuard Drainage System, 4 ft of TrenchDrain, 1 SuperSump Plus, 1 LawnScape and 1 IceGuard.
Together these items will collect the water and redirect it away from the home.
Sometimes we have a homeowner who contacts us with water seeping into the basement or crawl space and when we deliver the recommended solution the water in the basement doesn't seem to need fixing as quickly anymore- for a variety of reasons I'm sure. Usually, when there really is an issue we hear back from the customer the next time there's water, and we do another estimate. That is what happened here in Sturbridge, MA. The customer waited a few years and the water got worse, which made the customer convinced it was time to get this fixed. We installed 209 ft of WaterGuard and 4 inspection ports, a SuperSump Plus and SmartSump, as well as 19 ft of TrenchDrain and 16 ft of XL TrenchDrain. Last we installed our Lawnscape and IceGuard. We were able to resolve water issues in the customer's garage as well as their home's crawl space.
Our customer here in Dudley, MA has been with us since 2012 when we installed some of our waterproofing products. We have been servicing a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and it needed to be replaced. We have a great warranty and this replacement was covered! We are thankful to provide our customers with the best products and service. This SaniDry Sedona rids a wet basement of humidity, mold, must, and thus improves the indoor air quality as well as the electric bills!
This customer in Princeton, MA first contacted us back in 2017 with a basement water issue. We were able to install some great products in the fall of 2018 including a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier, IceGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard Sub-Floor Drainage, and a WaterGuard Inspection Port. We just did the very first annual maintenance checks on the Sump and Dehumidifier and are happy to say that everything is working great. We have some very happy customers, which is always what we want to hear!
We first met this customer back in 2016 when he contacted us with a wet basement and interest in replacing his flooring in the basement. We were proud to help this US Military Veteran and every year we have provided maintenance checks to the Sump Pump we installed. This year the Sump passed all of our checks besides finding roots in the sump pump basin! Such a strange discovery especially because the root source was undefinable. Regardless, we were able to clean out the roots. Fingers crossed there won't be anymore mysterious roots growing next time!
Here's to another great service appointment and good news report!
Here we have a customer in Worcester, MA who is experiencing water in the basement. He notices water near a pipe, but the pipe doesn't seem to have an issue itself. When our System Design Specialist checked out the basement it became clear what was needed: a TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, Lawnscape, and an Everlast Access Well. These products will work together to properly direct any water leaks into the sump and out of the basement, prevent clogs and any issues with freezing, as well as an access point. Our customer is very pleased with the work and we're glad to be able to provide the solution the the troubles he was facing in the basement.
Recently a customer in Cherry Valley, MA contacted us about water coming through the bulkhead door during very bad rainstorms. Her son actually just bought a home with one of our systems installed and she knew it was time to call us. We installed our TrenchDrain surface drain, a SuperSump, IceGuard, and LawnScape, which all are going to work together to properly drain and discharge any water entering this basement.
This customer in Royalston, MA initially contacted us in the summer of 2016 to have a look at a crack in the garage foundation, which is poured concrete. The crack is about 1/2" to 3 and 1/2 inches. There doesn't seem to be any movement, but the crack is quite large. Although we quoted the work, he did not choose to have it done. Then early the following year he called back and wanted to have the work done. We installed our CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System to several cracks.
We filled the 4" crack with high strength concrete. There were two 10' high cracks that each have 4 of our 4" strips. The other crack is a new one just starting and only needs one vertical strip.
Our CarbonArmor is 10X stronger than steel, requires no digging, can be installed in a single day, and is the same technology the Dept. of Defense uses to reinforce bridges, bomb shelters, and the like!
Here we have a customer who reached out to us with concerns about a wet basement. Our System Design Specialist went to the home in Boylston, MA and recommended several of our products to take care of any unwanted water and maintain a drier and healthier basement. We would install our WaterGuard Sub-Floor Drainage System around the perimeter of the basement (go right around the water heater and old oil heater) and it would connect to the current drainage/sump system. We would also install an access port for the WaterGuard as well as TrenchDrain surface drainage at the foot of the staircase. In total the project would need 79 feet of WaterGuard, 2 WaterGuard access ports, and 4 feet of TrenchDrain. These recommendations will make any basement drier and mold free in no time!
This customer in Hubbardston, MA contacted us in 2016 for a quote to have a new sump pump installed because her town required her to dig a dry well, which is a drainage option to prevent erosion. Our System Design Specialist recommended several products and our team installed them- our customer has been very pleased with the results! We installed a SuperSump Pump, an UltraSump Pump, IceGuard, as well as an extra interior drain. Every year since we have visited the home to check out the products to make sure they are working properly.
In 2010 we met this customer and installed a SuperSump pump in her basement to address unwanted water then in 2012 she contacted us hoping to have a dehumidifier installed as well as some basement windows. Our System Design Specialist went back to the home and recommended we install an UltraSump Pump Battery back-up to upgrade from her previous sump pump as well as an EverLast Basement Window Insert where there was already a window frame. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona to address the humidity she was experiencing. Now the customer has a much more comfortable and healthier basement, which also means the indoor air quality within her home (yes the living space upstairs) has also improved!
This customer reached out to us because of a crack along the garage foundation wall. Our System Design Specialist went to the home to take a look and confirmed that we needed to repair this crack because it was in fact a structural issue and not just superficial. We recommended seven 9' Power Braces, and floor joist reinforcement for the PowerBrace system as needed. We would also pour new footings for all of the PowerBraces and set into place. We cannot guarantee to totally straighten the walls, but straightening is highly likely.
One of our current customers contacted us for her mother who needs her basement waterproofed. The water seems to just be flowing through the walls of the basement and getting worse and worse over the years. Our System Design Specialist went to the home and gave his recommendation for Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, IceGuard, Lawnscape, TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and WaterGuard inspection ports. These products will completely waterproof this basement regardless of the change of seasons, freezing temperatures, or varrying degrees of water. Our IceGuard will prevent clogging or freezing lines while the TripleSafe Sump Pump adapts to the amount of water it needs to discharge.
